Important Booking and Practical Information

To ensure your visit is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, there are a few crucial details to keep in mind regarding your entry pass and reservation. Please note that your purchase acts as an open-dated voucher, which means an advanced reservation request is strictly required prior to your visit. You must secure your timeslot at least three working days in advance by contacting the venue's official reservation email. When sending your request, be sure to attach your valid eVouchers and clearly state your preferred flight date, flight time, the total number of participants, full names, and dates of birth. Any walk-in requests or emails without the valid eVoucher attached will be denied, as booking confirmation is always subject to availability.

On the day of your thrilling flight, it is highly recommended to arrive at least 45 minutes to an hour before your scheduled flight time. This allows ample time for check-in, the mandatory training class, and gearing up without feeling rushed. For your comfort and safety, please wear well-fitting, comfortable clothing—such as t-shirts and shorts or athletic pants—that can be worn underneath your provided flight suit. Lace-up sneakers are an absolute must; sandals, slip-ons, or boots are not permitted inside the wind tunnel. Remove all loose items, jewelry, and watches before your flight. With your AltitudeX Singapore tickets sorted and these practical tips in mind, you are fully prepared to spread your wings, embrace the wind, and create spectacular memories that will last a lifetime.
